The company evolved from the financial services industry in the UK. Having been involved with a few overseas property purchases for clients and all the aspects that were involved, we realised that there was a need for experienced professional advice in the market place.

Unlike many of the companies in the market place, we have built the company with 'personal service' in mind. All our inspection trips are on a one to one basis. We do not arrange 'group' viewings, or give a whistle stop tour of an area. You can be assured that all the properties have been pre viewed and checked from the perspective of planning, legalities, contracts etc. We can also arrange for free advice on mortgages, foreign exchange, insurance, English speaking lawyers, etc.

We also arrange a free after sales service which will assist with any matters that may arise once the acquisition is complete.
